She is a Journalist, Marketer, Banker, Industrialist, and Agricultural Expert. She got her education at Ogun State Polytechnic (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic) where she obtained OND in Mass Communication before proceeding to other reputable professional institutions to study Banking & Finance and other Management-related courses.

Mrs. Avbenagha’s working career covers several industries including broadcasting, banking, agriculture, and commerce/trade, just to mention a few. She worked briefly with the Lagos State Ministry of Information before joining Horizon Newspapers Limited as Programme Officer. Mrs. Avbenagha was also a Sales/Marketing Executive with the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) Management Authority and a Supervisory Officer in various Departments at the Allied Bank of Nigeria Plc. She has successfully managed several agricultural projects in Senior Executive Management positions.

Mrs. Avbenagha has attended several management and skills development training including Aquaculture training by the Federal School of Oceanography. Since joining Trends Ventures as Executive Director, she has in no small measure served as a positive influencer to employees deploying her humble and participative leadership disposition in implementing innovative and unconventional operational, sales, and marketing strategies.

She is happily married with children.

A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of professional working experience, Mr. Daniel Eboh was educated at the famous Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife where he bagged a BSc degree in Accounting. He is an Alumnus of the Pan African University (Lagos Business School). He is a trained and experienced Auditor, Management Accountant, and financial expert.

He worked with Nosak group as Group Audit Manager for over 11 years after his initial professional working experience with Odili Okechukwu & Co (Chartered Accountants) and Novelty Investments Limited (a Finance Company). Mr Eboh is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), both of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Mr Eboh is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, both headquartered in the USA. He is a focused and easy-going gentleman that is strongly proficient in the use of computer application software such as Advanced Excel and Account Packages including, but not limited to, Pastel, Peachtree, and Quickbook.

Mr Oluwafemi Oriade graduated with an HND in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and MBA in Marketing Management from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He also possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the same University. He is a certified Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of professional working experience in reputable companies comprising Flash Oil and Gas Limited, Nosak Group, and Layland Paints Limited serving as Group Accountant, Senior Finance Manager, and Accounts Manager respectively.

Mr. Ajala Kayode is a graduate of Economics from Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka, Nigeria.

With over 20 years working experience in manufacturing, safety and chemical industries. Among these are; Niger Cedar Industries, Seydel Industry Limited, Kayem Industry Limited and SIL Chemicals Limited.

Mr. Ajala is the Group Head, Sales and Marketing at Trends Ventures Group.

When it comes to selling and marketing, Mr Olusegun Pearse has so far played a highly significant pivotal role in achieving the success story of Trends Ventures Limited specifically in the sales and marketing of security and safety equipment and installation and maintenance for clients. He has a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services and has been a top performer in the management of sales and engineering contracts.

Mr Pearse attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Osun State, and graduated with a B.ED degree with Second Class Upper Division in Social Studies. He afterwards did several professional Management programs to develop and sharpen his managerial knowledge and skills.

Before joining Trends Ventures Limited in 2007, Mr Pearse worked with Poly Ventures Limited, Ibadan as Quality Control Officer and with Latmos Comprehensive College, Lagos as Vice Principal (Academics). Since he joined the services of Trends Ventures Limited, Mr Pearse has demonstrated positive initiatives and good business sense with a high level of enthusiasm and ability to motivate and lead the Sales/Marketing team achieving a proven track record of reaching targets and bringing to bear the positive impacts of the International Seminars and Exhibitions on Security and Safety that he has attended within and outside Nigeria

Engr. Sunday Ashonibare a Kwara State Polytechnic trained Electrical/Electronics Engineer. He also has to his credit a Diploma in Data Processing. After obtaining his HND from the polytechnic, Engr. Ashonibare sharpened his technical skills by undergoing several professional pieces of training which has today made him be Microsoft Certified System Administrator with vast knowledge and skills in computer software and software including installation, maintenance, and repairs as well as in computer network design, implementation, and maintenance. He is proficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all forms of security and safety equipment and devices.

Engr. Ashonibare’s working career commenced at Megahertz Communications Limited where he had a stint as the Network Engineer. After that, he joined Spears Dowell Nigeria Limited as the Installation Engineer achieving a lot of technical milestones for the company. His next employer before joining Trends Ventures in 2018 was Redleaf Solutions Limited where he was the Senior Technical Officer in charge of the coordination of projects.

Engr. Ashonibare is a professionally trained Engineering expert and has attended numerous technical pieces of training comprising Kantech Intevo & Entrapass installation certification, Gent Certified System Integration certification, and Cisco Certified Network certification; just to mention but a few. Mr. Joshua Oladeji BAYEWU

Mr. Bayewu attended the Government Technical College, Oshogbo where he studied Engineering and specialized in Electrical Installation and Regulations before undergoing professional training in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.  Mr. Bayewu’s working career commenced at Watchtower Bible and Tract Society where he worked as Assistant Purchasing Manager. After that, he joined Family Foods Limited initially as Maintenance Officer and later as the General Operations Officer. Before joining Trends ventures Limited in 2005, he was the Direct Sales Representative of Vanguard Media Limited.

Mr. Joshua Bayewu is one of the oldest employees of Trends Group. He is a highly dedicated and exceptionally honest employee that selflessly works beyond standard norms. He has attended several professional and leadership training including the Power System training jointly organized by Africa Energy and BAS Associates Consulting Limited as well as the HSE Training organized by the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals. He is a God-fearing and highly supportive gentleman. His hobbies include football, table tennis, and meeting people.

Mr. Opeyemi Nicholas

A graduate of Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State in the field of Computer Engineering Technology.
Mr. Opeyemi Nicholas began his career as a System Administrator with Zenith Bank after working as an IT trainee with significant responsibilities in satellite transmission uplink, data processing, downlink setup, and computer system maintenance and repairs.

After that, he worked as an ICT officer at Mictec International Schools and other roles as Sales Engineer and IT Supervisor/Teacher before starting his employment as an ICT and Network Engineer at Trends Ventures. He managed, repairs, install software, configure Network CCTV, wireless CCTV and Smoke detectors. He also oversee ICT equipment purchase and consumables for Trends Ventures and Feed Mills.

Mr. Nicholas is a fantastic employee that is dedicated to taking on issues head-on and is teachable, innovative, and problem-solving.

Mr. Uhrihri AVBENAGHA

Mr. Uhrihri has a degree (BSc.) in Architecture and a Masters (MSc.) in Project Management (Construction). He has years of post-graduate experience in construction & engineering projects, before joining TVL full-time.

He currently manages the purchasing & property departments in TVL simultaneously, while also assisting our field engineers when the need arises with relevant construction skills.

Uhrihri also holds certifications in Agile, Scrum & Lean management. Other skills include, but are not limited to graphics design, interior & furniture design, quality management, scrum master, opportunity & risk management, stakeholder management, vendor management, capacity, effort & duration estimation, as well as practical knowledge of SDLC.
